These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all transactions, services, and agreements between Epic Home Design LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the customer ("you" or "Client"). By placing an order, signing a contract, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

Epic Home Design LLC is a licensed home improvement contractor serving the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey area, specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, custom stone countertop fabrication and installation, and cabinet supply. Principal place of business: 1803 Underwood Blvd, Delran, NJ 08075.

2. Services & Scope of Work

All services are defined in a written project proposal or contract signed by both parties. Services include:

• Custom stone countertop fabrication and installation (granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, and other natural/engineered stone)
• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Cabinet sales, supply, and installation
• Design consultation and material sourcing

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties prior to commencement of additional work. Changes may result in additional charges and schedule adjustments.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Unless otherwise stated in the project contract:

• A deposit of 50% of the total project value is required to schedule and begin work.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to final installation or delivery.
• Invoices unpaid within 10 days of the due date are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH/bank transfer, check, and cash. Credit card payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Epic Home Design LLC to charge the agreed amounts.

4. Material Selection & Lead Times

Stone slabs and materials are selected from available inventory or ordered to specification. Lead times vary by material and supplier (typically 2–6 weeks). Epic Home Design LLC is not responsible for manufacturer or supplier delays beyond our control. Once a stone slab is cut and fabricated to your specifications, it is non-returnable.

5. Measurements & Site Conditions

Accurate field measurements are taken by Epic Home Design LLC prior to fabrication. The Client is responsible for ensuring that cabinetry, walls, and support structures are level, plumb, and structurally sound prior to installation. Additional charges may apply if site conditions require corrective work outside the original scope.

6. Warranties

• Labor Warranty: Epic Home Design LLC warrants all installation workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of project completion.
• Material Warranty: Natural stone, engineered stone, and cabinet products carry manufacturer warranties. Epic Home Design LLC will facilitate warranty claims but is not independently liable for material defects beyond the manufacturer's warranty.
• Warranties are void if damage results from misuse, improper maintenance, structural settling, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Cancellation

• Cancellation before material is ordered: deposit is refundable minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellation after material is ordered or fabrication has begun: deposit is non-refundable. Client is additionally responsible for the cost of any materials ordered or work performed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Epic Home Design LLC's total liability under any contract shall not exceed the total contract price. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of use, lost profits, or damage to personal property unrelated to the scope of work.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Burlington County, New Jersey, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. New Jersey law governs these Terms.
