Support requests for issues caused by misuse, neglect, structural movement of the building, third-party modifications, or conditions outside the original project scope are not covered under our standard warranty. We are happy to assess such situations and provide a separate estimate for any additional work required. We will always provide a clear written estimate before proceeding with any billable service.
For questions about an invoice, payment receipt, or a charge processed through Stripe, contact us directly at info@epichomepa.com with your invoice number. We will respond within 2 business days. We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating any payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.
