Epic Home Design LLC is committed to exceptional service before, during, and after every project. This Support Policy explains what you can expect from us at each stage and how to reach our team.

1. Pre-Sale & Consultation Support

We offer free in-home or showroom consultations for project estimation and material selection. Our team will guide you through design options, material choices, and project scope at no charge and with no obligation. To schedule a consultation:

2. During Your Project

Once a project contract is signed, you will be assigned a dedicated project coordinator who serves as your primary point of contact throughout the project. Our team will:

  • Provide scheduling confirmations and updates
  • Notify you in advance of any delays or changes
  • Document all communications and change orders in writing
  • Coordinate all subcontractors and deliveries on your behalf

3. Post-Installation Support

After your project is complete, our support does not end. We provide:

  • A final walkthrough and written sign-off to confirm your satisfaction
  • Written care and maintenance instructions for all installed materials
  • 1-year labor warranty on all installation workmanship
  • Assistance coordinating manufacturer warranty claims for products and materials

4. Response Time Commitments

7. Out-of-Scope Support

Support requests for issues caused by misuse, neglect, structural movement of the building, third-party modifications, or conditions outside the original project scope are not covered under our standard warranty. We are happy to assess such situations and provide a separate estimate for any additional work required. We will always provide a clear written estimate before proceeding with any billable service.

8. Payment & Billing Support

For questions about an invoice, payment receipt, or a charge processed through Stripe, contact us directly at info@epichomepa.com with your invoice number. We will respond within 2 business days. We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating any payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.
